CONTEMPORARY KITCHEN RENOVATION PERTH
In this kitchen we completely transformed the layout and feel, by removing an ugly brick corner pantry and created a mini walk-in pantry. Big isn’t always best when it comes to efficient design layouts.

PROJECT FOCUS
These clients were in need of extra storage and a better Island area for entertaining and breakfast dining space. Deleting the brick corner pantry we were able to open up the kitchen and add a walk in pantry cupboard. Even with shallow depth shelves, this works with creating an effficent storage pantry. At demo we also needed to carefully retain the white tiled floor.
The Process
The clients were after a contemporary yet modern style kitchen. Bosch Appliances with a Franke integrated sink was allowed for. The Island Bench we used a 40mm Quartz Engineered stone benchtop, while to keep in budget, the cooking zone is a 20mm stone top. Seamless handles were selected to lower cabinets to also keep within budget constraints. Were as the upper Polytec Empire Black’ cupboards are handless with push mech.
