Studio McQueen offered 3D visual of the new concept of the shared x2 Meeting areas, consultation office furniture selections and joinery details.
The Concept
The brief of this commercial fitouts perth project was to design a layout and fit-out consultation rooms with furniture for various health professionals from chiropractors, counselors, wellness coaches etc, that could individually lease out a room and share communal facilities.
We needed an overall colour scheme, using light and bright materials as limited natural light reaching the back meeting room. The client requested an element of natural plants, such as a green wall to create a sense of wellness & calmness.
The lighting scheme was also an important factor and to create a mixture of direct lighting and indirect/mood-up lighting to give a sense of natural lighting. Furniture selections, flooring, walls, lighting, and signage externally and internally were requested as part of the scope.
